Early on the morning of January 28, a mosque in Victoria, Texas, was burned to the ground by an arsonist. Despite Texas’ reputation as a politically polarized state, this hate crime did not divide the community—it actually brought them closer together. In fact, locals from all religions, ethnicities, and political affiliations came forward to show solidarity with the Muslim community.
