Fort Hood soldier who disappeared was victim of alleged abusive sexual conduct

A soldier with the U.S. Army 1st Cavalary Division,  Sgt. Elder Fernandes, was the victim of alleged abusive sexual contact before he disappeared from Fort Hood earlier this week.
