Harvick spins out of NASCAR playoffs as final 4 is set

Regular-season champion Kevin Harvick is out of the NASCAR playoffs after a last-lap spin at Martinsville. Joey Logano, Chase Elliott, Brad Keselowski and Denny Hamlin will race for the championship at Phoenix.
